Universal Articulating Sun Visor – Aircraft, Tractor & Heavy Equipment

Amberican Designs' adjustable sun visor helps block annoying sun glare during direct-sunlight mornings and evenings while maintaining a clear, unobstructed view around the visor.

Originally designed as an aviation sun visor, the universal articulating design also makes it ideal for trucks, tractors, cranes, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, loaders, combines, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, and virtually any cab or windshield where sun glare is a nuisance.

GREY VISOR

The Grey Visor is made from 50% grey light-transmitting acrylic and measures approximately 4" x 8", with smooth, precision laser-cut rounded corners.

The neutral grey tint reduces bright sunlight and glare without dramatically changing the color of your surroundings, making it an excellent general-purpose sun visor for aircraft, vehicles and equipment.

GREEN MAKROLON® IR VISOR

The Green Visor is made from Makrolon® IR polycarbonate, a specialty material developed for applications requiring UV and infrared light filtering.

Makrolon® IR sheet incorporates proprietary additive systems designed to block UV and IR light. The material is used in face-shield applications and is developed to meet ANSI Z87.1, EN 169 and CSA Z94.3 standards for those applications.

Important: Green tint alone in any material does not indicate compliance with these standards.

POSITION IT WHERE YOU NEED IT

The 4" x 8" visor is mounted to an approximately 11-inch single-knob articulating arm with a clamp attachment. The articulating arm allows the visor to be positioned almost anywhere you need it as the sun changes position.

Loosen a single knob, reposition the visor, and tighten it back down.

The visor can also be configured for left- or right-hand use.
